Refund policy

At Barnaby's Toy Box Co., we want every pet and pet parent to be happy with their purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging whenever possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Pet grooming products
  • Pet hygiene products
  • Consumable pet products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Refunds

Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests after this period.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted fulfillment partners, occasional shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund while a package remains in transit.
